This policy applies to wholesale and private label orders. Most of our products are made to order with your logo, colours and specifications, so returns work differently from a retail purchase.
Custom and Private Label Orders
Custom products are made to your approved sample and order confirmation. We cannot accept returns on products that match the approved sample and your order details.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives defective, damaged or different from the approved sample or order confirmation, please report it within 7 days of delivery. Please send us:

Refunds
A refund is issued only when the buyer reports a valid problem within 7 days and provides proof (photos or video) that the product is defective. Claims without valid proof, or reported after 7 days, are not eligible for a refund.
If We Sent the Wrong Product
If the error is ours, such as a wrong or incorrect product, we are responsible and we cover the shipping cost.
Returning the Product
We first review your photos and video. We ask for the product to be sent back only when it is needed to confirm the problem. If a return is not needed, the affected items are destroyed.
How Long It Takes
We reply to your claim within 24 to 48 hours.
What Is Not Covered
Damage caused by misuse, improper care or normal wear and tear
Products that were used, washed or altered after delivery
Claims reported after 7 days of delivery
Hygiene items such as mouth guards and hand wraps once opened or used
Order Changes and Cancellations
Production starts after you approve the sample, so orders cannot be cancelled or changed after that point. Changes can be made before production begins, so please confirm all details with us beforehand.
